Adam Schefter on ESPN after announcing the new two year Drew Brees deal said it gives New Orleans more time to groom Taysom and the saints see him as the potential successor to Brees. That’s pretty high praise for Taysom. I miss what could have been had he stayed healthy and had some consistency in offensive schemes.
