Time to invite the missionaries over. Really — 3 strong adults should be able to do it if you have a
ramp to get it off the pickup or if you have a heavy duty hand truck with a strap on it.
Some refrigerators are close to that heavy, I've moved them off pickups with just myself and one other strong adult.
