Logically, he should know that if BYU had another year like last year would mean Sitake would likely be gone and so would the offensive staff.

The coaches left programs where their jobs seemed pretty safe. Just feels like they saw enough to feel like they are in a position for success. Who knows what all went into that, but let's sure hope for a great year for the offense. I don't buy that the talent is not there.
