Unless CB development has to do with increasing moderation, it won't happen.

It seems like every new feature or innovation on CB has to do with ways to facilitate more moderation. The latest innovation focus seems to be predictive moderation. At last, we can not only moderate what posters are actually saying, we can now moderate what posters might be thinking before they post. It's all very Minority Report.
