They probably don't fly much anyway
and don't look for better seating when booking flights.
Had they used this tool https://www.seatguru.com/ while booking flights they would realize there are better seats on all major airplanes. Takes a little time, but once you get into a routine, then it like 2nd nature, automatic if anything. Business travelers use that site all the time.
