If we can't get those games because teams are unwilling to play at the Marriot then why are we not just getting agreeing to play more good teams away? SOS is one of the most important elements to college basketball and even if all our preseason away games are against tough opponents and all our home games are against power puffs it would still do more for us than getting a couple of decent away games. Just like every other season if we are good people will flock to home games, if we are ok then we will still bring a good crowd but not fill the place unless its a great opponent, if we are bad then the place will be mostly empty. Nothing changes except we make ourselves more likely to make the NCAA tourney if we are any kind of decent.
