Of course it's on purpose, it just feels odd. I've never had a jacket with
loose sleeves from the shoulders to the elbows, and then tight from the elbows to the wrists.
It's not a big deal, just feels a little odd. I wasn't expecting it.
The logo on the chest is the part that really feels cheap. We'll see how long it lasts.
