Here is the ciabatta recipe. The dough is supposed to be incredibly
wet so don't be alarmed by that. I doubled the amount of water in the sponge that it called for (eye it) because I used bread flour and it is at elevation. In the end the dough is like a blob and you can barely handle it (why you put it on parchment).
