There are places to buy pinatas probably
I would guess there are places to buy pinatas where you are at. In Cali, there are Mexican stores that specialize in pinatas, $25 for huge gigantic pinatas. Then you buy the candy there for really cheap and stuff the thing.
Never buy a pinata from Party City, way too expensive. Instead get on Yelp and track down a pinata store.
