Let's guess that 4 hours is advertising. Another 2 hours is filler that isn't even about sports, or just generic reporting on scores and outcomes.
Of the remaining 10 hours, I bet they spend 9 talking about your three topics, on average. Another 1 hour is split among everything else. This is including stuff like the Matt Wells show, not including any live games.
