This is where we are at; 10$ an hour, usually it is in the evening and the kids

Those are rates for adult babysitters, not often used in places like Utah.

That’s not babysitting that’s a nanny. I think I’d expect to pay that much as well for what you need.

Used to pay 2 per hour per kid while awake 1 dollar per hour per kid sleeping. 3 kids. Used 12-14 year olds
