For being "our guy" folks didn't like his underhanded slant
But he did the nuts-n-bolts end of his job just fine, I thought.
For a yewt at heart, he did much better than I thought he would. That young chick he replaced gave us much more of the extra-curricular — which was immediately missed, though. But Jay definitely knew his football better than her.
