For someone complaining constantly about Cb know-it-alls, you're already putting a tag on his season. Yeah he won't be a star as a freshman RM but nobody ever said he would be.
But the truth is that plenty of RMs are ready to contribute in a decent way so this whole myth of nearly everyone needing a RS year should die. Plenty are ready to play and contribute.
To be fair, you counted him out quicker than anyone ever said he'd be a huge contributor as a freshman. All this on top of the fact that you really haven't paid attention to RS lately. Coaches don't like to use them. They're not doing it if they can get away with it. Unless you have some huge talent that gets hurt or something.
