IT Operations / project / people manager

Honestly I have been mostly looking at contract stuff because I have known for a while we would move in to help my dad. I wanted the kids to finish the school year and my wife to keep her promotion. I also had a lot of volunteer obligations to wrap up and getting a job where I was would have made me not follow the promptings that I need to move in with my dad.

So in the next 7-10 days I will be full time in the St Louis area looking for work there. But i'm still up for remote jobs as well...but even getting a remote job before moving would have made getting all family members on board with this move hard. Since I didn't get an ideal contract position I'very been substitute teaching in the school district that I coach wrestling in. But as the school year is wrapping up that goes away.

On a plus my wife has just been offered a position with her company doing what she was promoted to launch last year in our current location at a larger more attractive place 9 miles from my dad's house.

But note because she now has benefits taken out my substitute teaching pay has been equivalent to her checks.
