But since you posted it, I’ll comment that I agree Germany is not known for soccer hooliganism. That’s not what I was referring to above. Hooligans are a tiny % of any fanbase, even England’s.
Also, the ranking you posted excludes teams that didn’t make the 2016 Euro finals, which means it excludes some of the biggest hooligan groups, notably the Dutch. And the sample isn’t not very representative of anything but how the British feel, since the vast majority of poll responders were British (and Americans were strangely the 3rd largest nationality surveyed, LOL). I assume the poll was conducted in the UK only, and if they managed to ask some foreigners in the sample, great. The fact that the list excludes Sweden tells you the results aren’t very scientific.
