The Pac-## has won 4 of the last 12 CWS and had the runner-up 2 other times in
that period. That's recent history, which is important since college baseball has grown quite a bit recently. Overall, they have 17 CWS titles, most by any conference. SEC is second with 11.

It's not a misnomer though. They have the top three schools in overall NCAA championships, and 4 of the top 10.
