Unless the new Utah AD changes their current OOC scheduling philosophy,

don't count on a Utah/BYU game in 2023/24. In the past they've used an ABC scheduling philosophy with BYU being an A game because of the nature of the rivalry. For 2023/24 Utah already has Baylor on the schedule as their A game. This would be similar to what happened when Utah scheduled Michigan in 2014/15.
