Carrying apparently isnt even a rule anymore, its a big reason IMO why the game

has gotten so much more explosive versus the old days when guys had to keep their hands on top of the ball. Now guys can completely put their hands under the ball and roll it over and it allows so much more hesitation with moves and the like. Not a complaint, just an observation.....
