Huh. Yeah, I have some solidarity w/ the other married-ins in my wife's fam too.
Last vacation my SILIL and I both happened to be on a diet-and-exercise kick, so we ran together in the mornings (both our spouses were like, 'you kids have a great time, we'll be sleeping').
Haven't really considered taking her out to a movie though...
