Seems a bit extreme. Many MLMs are bad apples, but Pampered Chef, for example,
is not telling you that a pizza stone is going to cure your cancer. It's just a pizza stone. I don't distrust my neighbor who sells Pampered Chef. Or my grandma who sold Avon.
I get the distrust for Herbalife, DoTerra, and some of the others, but responses like yours strike me as irrational.
