TH has been out "AD'ed" by Hill at Utah everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.  As a program Utah was our little sister now BYU is the little stepsister. I think the first step is to get an AD that can be a powerful  businessman that can compete against other big name ADs.

Don't just say, win. BYU needs to improve or change a lot to be a top 20 team. It is not just going happen or be "fine" magically. 

I think in 2024 FBS CF will be split into two divisions P4 and the rest. I dont see BYU make to top 40, 48, or 64.
