Take Iburprofen before leaving camp if you're prone to a get sore back
first day I was really sore after hours of getting bounced around. (granted I broke my back previously and am prone to back issues)
Other than that, enjoy, its an amazing experience and usually they take great care of you.

Keep your DSLR on hand at all times with extra memory cards and batteries. Rent and/or buy some prime glass
