What I'm saying is that Title IX should be indexed to participation percentages. The reality is that a greater number of men participate in sports than women. We've had Title IX since the 1970s and even though more women participate in sports then they did back then because Title Nine is open doors, men are far more likely to play sports then women.

So I will amend what I said a bit. Well it's not far fewer, the fact is due to biology, men are drawn to sports more than women.
