The EU polices antitrust very differently than the US. They look for "abuse of market dominance", where in the US the gov't looks for "harm to consumers".

I find this one incredibly stupid. I see no issue with them offering other tiers of Android that benefit Google and have strings attached as long as there's a "free" option still available.
