When someone brings up the WNBA, I don’t pretend to be an educated basketball fan, I feign complete indifference to sports - anything I can do to change the subject as quickly as possible.....

“Hey, did you catch that WNBA game last night?”

Me: “How can we be talking about SPORTS when there are children starving in Africa?”. Then just stare at him disapprovingly for a couple of moments and slowly walk away shaking my head.
