From there, I pretty much just archive them as soon as I am done with them. I don't always remember to do that though, so my inbox always has a lot of crap in it. I use stars and keep starred emails pinned to the top so I don't forget about them. I use that mostly for things like ticket purchases, or something that I might want to reference later.
