The coach got fired that year for some pretty crazy stuff that he did to our JV team. But every Friday we would study film from the JV game the night before. After film study we had conditioning which was 5 down ups for every penalty yard we had. That game we had 95 yards in penalties. 45 yards came from one kid. we actually ended up doing more than that because if he felt like one wasn't sufficient it didn't count.
