His shortcomings were inefficiency in the red zone, inflexibility in his offense as the season progressed - which was a big part of the November collapses, as teams had several games to scout and ARod made few adjustments - and a complete inability to develop QBs. He's not a PAC level offensive coordinator, no matter how much the players loved him.


I'd take him as a WR coach any day, but not a QB coach and certainly not an O coordinator.
