I'm interested in shipping some stuff from one city to another, and I'm exploring my options. It looks like there are about a billion of these truck-on-demand companies popping up as startups. Wondering if anybody has used one, maybe some are better than others, etc.

I'm also curious about possible alternatives. The delivery location is 90 miles away, and the stuff will probably take up the back seat and trunk of most cars. UPS is a little on the expensive side. I'm also considering putting a message on the local YSA FB page to see if there might be any takers there. Anything else I should be considering?
