One of the things I love about baseball is the strategy. Strategy kind of goes out the window when guys would rather strike out while trying to maximize their launch angle, instead of moving the runner over.
I still love baseball, but I don't love the direction it's headed. I'm hoping that it's a phase, that some team will come along doing all the little things and find ways to get an advantage because of it. Because while baseball is doing well financially for now, I would agree that games definitely aren't as fun to watch as they were even 10-15 years ago. And that won't be a good thing for the sport long-term.
