From what I see yes, but that picture could change by the end of the year. I'm
sure after our shalacking last year by Wisconsin, the Badgers thought we would be one of the more winnable games this year. How did that turn out? Boise State and Washington will be breaking in new quarterbacks next year so we'll see how they look. Then again we will be breaking in a new QB as well. USC being the most winnable is just an observation from how they're doing now.
