Sadly them sucking hasn't mattered historically. The pattern for the last 20
years has been:
1. If BYU sucks and Utah sucks, it's a dogfight, but Utah probably wins.
2. If BYU sucks and Utah is great, Utah wins by a lot.
3. If BYU is great and Utah sucks, it's a dogfight and BYU probably squeaks one out.
It's not great.
