I just don't get it. I take my cart back to the cart retainer, but unless there is a cart sitting in the middle of a stall that i would like to park in, how does it affect me? it doesn't

i've never had a rogue unattended cart suddenly harness energy from the sun and ram my car, is that what you're concerned about?

I'm a fairly short tempered man, and have been known to lose my cool over some thoughtless people, but this doesn't even crack the list of the top 10,000 items to get upset about for me...anyway, i know i'll collect a plethora of thumbs down for this post, oh well
