Biggest recruiting needs for 2019
1. LB (This position is scary thin for coming years)
2. WR (I like Romney and Hifo, but we need more playmakers with size and speed)
3. DE (We have the beef on the interior, but we need players who can pressure the QB and provide outside leverage)

Any idea on RBs who are currently in the mission field that will be back?

Jackson McChesney (Austin's brother) will be back from a mission for next season
Martin Van Nostrand

He played almost exclusively as slot WR his Senior year.

is that because he was growing taller, team needs, or is that just where he

I think it was just where he was more dangerous. He has track speed and great hands. Seems more suited to WR than RB.

With a name like that, he belongs at a school in Utah.

Do we know if Romney is planning on a mission?

Perhaps I'm being pessimistic, but none of those names get me hyped.

Batty and Pilimai should absolutely have you excited. Can't help you if

The coaches were really excited about Fevaleaki and Livai when they signed

Add Jackson Kaufusi to this list.

I think there are very high hopes for Batty as a DE. IIRC Utah was going after him hard whether they offered or not.

I forget- Tuifua injury? He could be a playmaker at DE.

We have a bunch of LBs on missions

Latu is injured; I haven't heard that Folau is

I am very hopeful that BYU will go get a JC RB this offseason.

There has to be a 6'3" kid who runs a 4.4 40 and can succeed at BYU out there?
Coop
9/20/18 9:18am
Yes but they think they can play D1 basketball instead of Football WR

I would give him a preferred walk on status at BYU. He has some wheels.
Iron Coug

From watching his film, he is shifty and sees running lanes well. However,
