College football power rankings upsets and wild finishes in Week 4

Oklahoma escaped with a win in OT against Army. Several other teams weren't as fortunate in a wild Week 4 that shook up the rankings.

I’d say only 1. IMO, Clemson is a lock. I don’t think the ACC is very good.

BYU played 6 MW teams last year and two bottom 10 teams.
