BYU football needs. It's really frustrating to hear him display such poor leadership in his post game comments and even more so to see his team quit and his assistants not show imagination or creativity in their play calling (Tuiaki). Those things all come down to him and his ability to lead and inspire. He doesn't actually have to be a genious at X's and O's, but he does need to be an above average leader. Maybe he can still get there and is figuring some things out.
