He was talking about how the best players play and how the starter spots have to be won every week.  There were several position examples that he alluded to but brought Hall up specifically.  He talked favorably about Hall said he is going to be on the field in some fashion he is that good... someone asked a followup question about keeping them both and he was quick to point out they were staggering the eligibility of the two players.
