with chairs would give you what you have on the west side which is horribly uncomfortable for anyone over 5'8. Putting in benches that are about 3" taller with a back on them would make the bench seating much more comfortable. Then reduce each row by one or two seats and you have a home run. If in the future you need more seating, you could decrease the width down to current width.
