1. Childs improved his 3-point shot. He had already improved last year to become a big man with a possible 3-point shot in the arsenal, now he looks like a legit threat from behind the arc that teams will have to rush out and guard. That could really open things up on offense.
2. Worthington seems to have developed a polished post game. He scored 18 points last night, mostly off the same little running hook shot with both the left and right hand. Very impressive. If he can keep up the consistency going both left and right, that's an unstoppable shot. I don't know if I've seen a basketball player develop as much as Luke Worthington. He keeps surprising me. I remember thinking how it was hardly a loss, maybe even a benefit to clear up a scholly when he left on a mission . Now he may be a key component of our offense. If only he can stay out of foul trouble.
