Provo/Orem not much better...3 main north south roads are partially one lane and
have been, all at the same time...9th East, University Blvd. and Freedom Blvd. Then there's the whole University Parkway boondoggle. Then I made the mistake of coming home from the airport all the way to American Fork Canyon and down towards Pleasant Grove on Hwy. 146 by the Cedar Hills golf course--which I didn't know was completely torn up and impassable. There was an accident and I-15 was shut down at Timp Highway. Should have turned on North Canyon Road, so that was a mess to get out of. This place is nuts with road construction.

Texas is pretty good in my experience. Arizona seems pretty good at it though I haven’t lived there just visited a bunch
