Major reading comprehension failure
1)I've been an active fan for over 40 years and seen all the highs and lows, and remained loyal to the program TOO
2)I never said anything about BYU not having unique inherent constraints
3)Spare the lecture about if our uniqueness has precluded being accepted to the PAC-12 (conference of champions). I never said nor do I feel we should change who we are to who they would accept.
4)How is my clearly stating My realistic conclusion of Utah being in real football conference of which they will likely play for the conference championship this year and
BYU being left in football purgatory, embracing the Utes?
5) I never said the pac 12 is the best conference in the country it’s provbably the 3rd or maybe 4th. What I did call it is the conference of champions which is its nickname even if as of late it is not well fitting.
By the way, I would love to be in the pac 12. It is a perfect geopgrafical fit. I feel like if we were in that conference that BYU could hold its own and from time to time compete for conference championships. However it will never happen. We have been left out. The gap will only widen, and we will become more and more irrelevant to The university of Utah.
