Let's see where we end up before we get to excited
It seems that some of the options at this point may be games in mid-December on the other side of the country against G5 schools the Cure Bowl or the Gasparilla Bowl.
The "best" options seem to have conditional tie-ins like the Cheez-it Bowl in Phoenix with the MWC or even the Independence Bowl with Conference USA.
I could easily see BYU losing money to travel across the country to play another game that will only excite the fanbase if we lose.
