Are the P12 division rankings based on total P12 record or just divisional?
If just divisional I think there’s still a good chance USC wins it. Heck, after this weekend we could learn that UCLA has a good chance.
I think Utah loses one more game in conference. USC probably doesn’t. At least, I could definitely see that playing out. I don’t think it’s a foregone convulsion that Utah wins it.
