USC has an easy finish but are not playing well at all. Utah could easily drop one to Oregon or ASU. Colorado will almost certainly lose to WSU this week. That would leave everyone with 3 losses and Utah would have to beat Colorado on the road or USC would be the likely winner. If I had to put a number to it I’d say Utah - 50% USC 33% Colorado 10% Anyone Else 2%
