I got paid in Skis when I was in High School
Well, I could have had money, but I worked at a friggin ski shop. Every teenager needs three new pairs of skis each season, don't they?
I could always sell them at a swap for double what I had paid, and used those proceeds to buy my season pass. Kind of wondering why I quit, actually.
