Red games absolutely should not have any losses.  Losses in these games indicate a significant problem.

Blue games should probably be wins, but...things happen.  Some of these should probably be Red.

Black games...I'll take wins if they happen (and expect 1 or 2) but will deal with the losses if no Red losses and mostly no Blue losses.
