I find it hard to believe that's factoring in. Unless it's just one of 10 things making the list bigger.

He's the most explosive athlete on offense and it's not even close. But he has to know what he's doing out there. I think sometimes he even ends up sort of "lucky" on his decision making.

However, I think at this point you almost take the risk. Not knowing the plays very well is a pretty big deal. I mean that's #1 on the field. But with what we have out there I think you just risk it more often. What do you really have to lose? You can come up with plays for him that will help him succeed even without knowing assignments as well as he should. Shoot, put him in Luke Staley's spot and I bet he succeeds in that offense.
He's actually shown much better vision this year and he's by far the most explosive. He can get to a spot in a hurry and turn the edge better than anyone. We're to the point where it probably wouldn't even hurt to give him 10 carries every game and see what happens.

Problem with all of this is that it's hard to even get in a flow when you don't get reps. Giving a guy two or three reps and then he's out for a quarter or whatever. You can't do that to RBs.
