Why aren't donor categories included on the POTD vote?

I actually posted something that got a POTD for once (bandwagon effect) but don't get the glory of being in the front page.

click on "VIEW ALL POTD NOMINEES" button at bottom of POTD list

if you are a donor, all POTDs come up including religion, politics, etc
