Jim Harbaugh's first 3 seasons at Michigan were pretty mediocre in aggregate,
basically the same as Brady Hoke's first 3 years (maybe even worse, depending on how you weight games vs rivals and wins vs good teams). No division titles, only one bowl win. Last year his team had 5 losses and didn't beat a team with a winning record.
This year they seem on the verge of making the CFP.
