You actually didn't say "i really wouldn't want anyone to get injured ever" in fact you doubled down on it by saying "if there was a choice". That doesn't sound like you'd never want another guy to be injured. f given the choice you'd rather the BYU player on the opposing team get injured rather than play and beat your team.
